The services of COSPA South East Asia (cospasea.com) are provided by Genesis Frontier LLP under the following conditions. As by using the services of COSPA South East Asia or making a purchase through cospasea.com constitute an agreement to these terms & conditions, please read them carefully.

Copyrights
Any use of information provided on this site without expressed permission from COSPA or Genesis Frontier LLP (except for private and personal usage that falls under the personal fair usage rights) is strictly prohibited. Copyright for all information, including pictures, photographs, and so forth on this website belongs to the author of that material. Copying, broadcasting, pasting onto other web sites, and using any other information from this website without consent is prohibited. It is an infringement of copyright to do any of the aforementioned actions. Copyright is automatically placed on any written documents created by authors. Therefore, any use of information without permission by the author is a criminal act. Your Account
You agree to take full responsibility for all actions performed with your account and password, and are responsible for the protection of your account and password information. Please note that COSPA South East Asia reserves the right to stop accounts found to be used unlawfully.

Notifications & Communications
You agree to receive notifications at the email address registered with your account regarding orders, registrations, confirmations, product availabilities, payment authorizations, order total changes, and other information regarding your orders.

Ordering
Please refer to our "How to buy" guide regarding ordering.

Cancellations of Orders
Once we have received your orders and began processing, we will not accept any cancellations. Please make sure the items listed in your shopping cart is what you want to buy before clicking on the "Place your order" button. For Pre-Orders, we will not accept any cancellations once the item has arrived.

Returns and Refunds
Please be advised that we do not accept returns or refunds. You may return any item in its original condition that has not been opened or used (taken out of the original manufacturer's plastic wrap or with apparel tag removed) within 14 days of receiving the item under the following circumstances :

- Wrong item was shipped to you. In which we will pay for the shipping fees for the return of the wrong item and the fees for resending your order.
- Manufacturing defect of your orders. In which we will refund or replace the item for you free of charge.
- Wrong size for apparels in which the mistake is on your part. The customer will be responsible for the shipping fees related to the exchange. (Fees for the return of the product to us and the right product sent to you)

Please contact us if you encounter any or the above situation and we will advise you accordingly. We take great care to ensure that your orders are correctly picked and packaged for delivery so that it will reach you in perfect condition.

Shipping & Delivery
We only accept the following shipping methods :
Singapore addresses
- Singapore Registered Mail
- SpeedPost Local
International addresses
- Fedex International Priority
- Fedex International Economy

Payment
Please be advised that we currently only accept payments via Paypal.

Import Taxes & Customs Duty
International customers are required to comply with all import laws and regulations of your country. You may be subjected to import duties and taxes, which can be levied once the package reaches your country. As the charges vary from country to country, we cannot control / predict or provide you with an estimated cost of such charges. All charges related to customs clearance of your orders must be borne by you. Please check with your local customs office for further information. Please be informed that we are required to show the accurate value of each item in your order on an invoice that will be attached to your package.

Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liabilities
By using the services of cospasea.com, you agree that these conditions conform to and are to be interpreted under Singapore Law, without regard to principles of conflict of laws.

Disputes
In the event that the need arises for litigation between the customer and cospasea.com or Genesis Frontier LLP, the Singapore Court shall become the first and sole arbitrator for such litigation.

Modifications to Conditions of Use
COSPA South East Asia (cospasea.com) & Genesis Frontier LLP reserves the right to change these Conditions of Use at any time. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate any user account that has violated any or the above terms, conditions and policy.
