How to buy?
The following steps explains how to buy items on this site as well as how to place an order for items that are available for pre-order.
You can search for products using the search function.
Or you can browse for items to buy base on product category.
Or base on series. You may also click on any of the latest products that is shown on our main page.
When viewing the item detail, you can choose to "Add to Cart" items that you want to buy and are available in stock,
or click on "Preorder this item today" to place an order for something that is available for pre-order.
You will see a pop-up window asking if you would like to continue shopping or proceed to Checkout.
On the Checkout page, follow the instructions on screen to select your delivery address. You can enter a new delivery address and maintain multiple delivery addresses per user account.
Select the appropriate shipping method. For Singapore, we accept delivery via Singapore Registered Mail or Speedpost Local. For International locations, we only accept shipping using Fedex. There are 2 methods, International Priority where you will receive your package faster but will cost more, or International Economy which may take longer but is cheaper.
For Payment method, we currently only accept payment via Paypal.
The last step of the order process provides you with a summary of your order. Please verify all details are correct on this page. You can make changes to any of your selections here before you click on the "Place your order" button. Please also take note that By clicking on the "Place Your Order" button, you have read and agree to our Terms of Use.
You only need to pay for items that are in stock and are ready to be shipped to you. Pre-order items will not be charged until the item arrives.
Once you have completed the order process by clicking on "Place your order", you will receive an e-mail notification of your order. You can also refer to you order history under "Your Account" -> "Your Orders".
If there is any problems related to your order, our order administrators will contact you via e-mail to resolve any issues before shipping your package.
