Shipment delays due to events in Japan
This is an important announcement.
Due to the current events in Japan, we are expecting delays in the shipment of goods from Tokyo to Singapore. Items that are scheduled for release in March will be affected.
If you currently have outstanding orders with us that you have authorized payments to be made to us from Paypal, please take note that funds will not be deducted until we have receive the shipment from COSPA Japan and is ready to be shipped to you.
If the Paypal payment arrangement has expired, we will contact you again to confirm your order and advise you of the alternate payment methods.
